age, physical fitness and background. All employees undergo rigorous vetting, and the
internal security department performs complete verification and background checks of every
service member.

Before deployment, all management employees must complete a Basic Security Training Course.
This includes guarding skills, First Aid, Firefighting and Self-Defence. Training continues
throughout the employee’s career to refresh, update and upgrade their skills.

We believe supervision is essential for delivering quality service. Our supervision team
includes Managers, Inspectors and Field Officers who continuously check assignments and
monitor guard performance to maintain discipline and service excellence.
